— I found the service helpful in so far as I was able to purchase a pair of shoes the local shop here advised I would not be able to buy locally.
The shoes are lovely, very high yet their good quality offers some comfort too.
I unfortunately had to return the size 5 and change these for a 4 and a half — I am aware most other stores offer a label with postage for this, and the only slight issue is I had to pay the cost of postage in this case of changing sizes.

Delivery had been very efficient and I even received notification from Interlink Express giving me an approximate time of delivery on the day nominated. Because I decided to opt for an exchange to Gabor Magellan brogues in Copper, I rang The Golden Boot as requested and they reserved a pair in my size until they had received the returned boots. The Magellan brogues I have received in exchange are of high quality, attractive, comfortable and look good with both trousers and skirts or dresses. I was very pleased with the service I received from The Golden Boot and would not hesitate to order again from them.

Not only did Golden Boot have the size and style I wanted, they also included next day courier delivery in the cost of the shoes.

I had a text message from the courier company the next morning informing me that the shoes would be delivered between 11.30 and 12.30 that day.

The shoes arrived at 12.10. They were not only expertly packaged to avoid any damage in transit, but also were in perfect condition.

Our experience of dealing with the Golden Boot was exceptionally good and I would use them again as well as recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances. Their service is amazingly good.

— This was hopeless - although I put in size 5 1/2 and several shoes/boots came up on screen. NONE of them were that size, they were all 5!!

 — We looked into the problem and there was a programming error which made the ½ size products unsearchable. The problem is solved and if the product is in stock, it will show up. If there are no matches you may see the results for the next lower whole size.

One of my sons had the sole wore through to the white membrane while as the other pair wasn’t. having said that I feel they are pretty robust (considering some other well respected brands have fallen apart after one week). So when my son needed a new pair I managed to source them from The Golden Boot. This was my first time using them and i am impressed, very efficient and smooth process with fast delivery. I would certainly use them again.

— The service from the Golden Boot was quick and I was pleased with the bargain priced slippers I bought in their sale on line. I had seen the slippers in a shoe shop and Golden Boot’s original price was about the same as the shop, but I certainly benefitted from the sale price and swift delivery. I was confused about payment because an option to pay via PayPal was offered on the screen, but turned out not to actually be available, but I guess they have sorted this out now.

— The shoes arrived today 11th January 6 days (4 working days) after placing the order. All in good condition and exactly as we requested. I wanted to take the time to compliment you on the ease of purchase, the fair transport cost charges applied (which when amortized over more pairs becomes reasonable) and the speed of dispatch and delivery. On suggestion going forward for those customers who might want to purchase more than one pair is to modify the way the "add to basket" function works so it allows you to add an item to the basket and go back for more items. I discovered how to do this only after calling you to check but other websites allow this function easily.

— Very good service. Everything I have ordered has been dealt with efficiently and delivered promptly. My latest purchase was a pair of Peter Kaiser shoes in size 71/2 which proved to be too small. A bigger replacement was sent out very quickly and I am really happy with the shoes. They are lovely and fit my narrow feet so well. Only criticism is that I had to pay for the postage when returning the too small shoes after already paying postage for the first delivery.
