What is your returns policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (eg box). We will refund the price of the goods on arrival but we will not cover the shipping costs of returning the product to us.

We reserve the right to impose a £5 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way.

In an unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, we will exchange it for you and cover your return shipping costs. Please return the products with the returns slip filled in and make sure to keep the proof of your return shipping costs.

Returns can be taken back to our Maidstone store. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items.

Please ensure you have correctly completed the returns form. If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

All shoe and foot care products are non returnable.
