Welcome to The Golden Boot. My name is Edward and I’m the seventh generation of my family to be running the business. Shopping at The Golden Boot is a truly unique experience, one that we wish our online customers to benefit from as well, so we have created this website to include all our wonderful in-store shopping features. We will create product recommendations specifically for you, based on what you love and generated from our experienced shop-floor team. If you’re ever in need of any advice on brands, styles, specific products or fitting, we have people on hand to guide you to finding your perfect purchase.

Full price orders over £50 are delivered free of charge.

Full price orders £50 and under are charged at £2.99.

Discounted and sale items are charged at £2.99 and above depending on weight. Please note that discounted items will not be despatched until the shipping is fully paid. Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee next day delivery on sale items.

All UK deliveries will be dispatched via DPD Local.

Order before 2pm Monday to Thursday for UK Next Working Day Delivery*

Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.(except where a bank holiday falls and delivery will be on the next working day) Orders placed after 2.01pm Friday will be delivered on the Tuesday.(except where a bank holiday falls and delivery will be on the next working day)

Deliveries will not be made during Bank or Public holidays.



Returns and Refunds:

We trust you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us at any time within 21 days of receipt. Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging. Returns costs are at your own expense.


Please complete the returns form which is on the back of your order form within your parcel. Please complete the form in its entirety, so that we can process your returns request within 5 days of receipt. Please allow upto 48 hours after we have processed your refund to credit back to your original payment method.

We will email you confimation once we have processed the refund or exchange.

If you made your order via the telephone and you require a refund we will contact you once we have the goods back to process the refund. Please ensure that shoes are tried on a carpeted surface.

If you opt to cancel your order within 7 days we will refund the price of returned goods once returned in un-used condition, and any postage we've charged you (under the distant selling regulations), but we will not refund any return postage and packaging costs.

The refunds can only be made to the original method of payment and using the original details supplied.

We reserve the right to impose a £5 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way.

Returns can be taken back to our Maidstone store. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items. If you do return your parcel to our store, refunds will be processed back through the original payment gateway.

Exchanges:

If you require an exchange please contact us on 01622 752349 so we may reserve the item for you. Please fill in the returns form and once we receive the item back we will process the exchange. If there is any difference in price to pay we will contact you for further details. If there is a refund due back to you this will be made back to the original payment method. We will email you confimation once we have proecessed the exchange.
