Returns and Refunds:
We trust you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us up to 28 days after delivery (That is 14 days for you to notify us of your wish to cancel and 14 days after cancellation to return) Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging.
Returns costs are at the customers expense.
We reserve the right to impose a £10 charge if the goods are returned without their original box/packaging or if the goods are in a condition we deem unacceptable for re-sale. Please ensure that shoes are tried on, on a carpeted surface. Returns costs are at your own expense.
Please complete the returns form which is on the back of your order form within your parcel. Please complete the form in its entirety, so that we can process your returns request within 5 days of receipt. Please allow upto 48 hours (working days) after we have processed your refund for the money to credit back to your original payment method. In some cases, refunds may take longer to appear.
We advise to send goods back via Royal Mail on a second class signed for service only.
We will email you confimation once we have processed the refund or exchange.
The refunds can only be made to the original method of payment and using the original details supplied.
Returns can be taken back to our Maidstone store. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items. If you do return your parcel to our store, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Jeffery West or RM Williams footwear purchase, you can return it to us at any time, for exchange or refund, within 28 days of receipt using our Free Mainland UK Returns Service. Please call us on 01622 752349 or email [email protected] and we will arrange your Free Return. You will receive an email from DPD Local. Print your returns label, search for your local DPD Pickup Shop to drop off your parcel. *Selected non sale items only
If you require an exchange please contact us on 01622 752349 so we may reserve the item for you. Please fill in the returns form and once we receive the item back we will process the exchange. If there is any difference in price to pay we will contact you for further details. If there is a refund due back to you this will be made back to the original payment method. We will email you confimation once we have proecessed the exchange.
