Getting your orders to you swiftly and securely is of upmost importance to us. That’s why we entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers.

All full-priced goods £75 and over are dispatched for Free using the Mainland UK Next Working Day service*.
Domestic orders under £75 are charged at £2.99 Royal Mail Tracked 48 or
£6.99 for DPD Local Next Working Day.

*All sale items are charged at £3.99 and dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

DPD Local will send a text alert and email notification to notify you of your 1-hour time slot on the morning of delivery. For orders sent with Royal Mail, you will receive a tracking number to track the delivery of your parcel.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee Next Working Day delivery on sale items. These may take between 1-3 days to be delivered.

Returns
We trust that you will be delighted with your purchase, but there will be times when you need to return items to us, you have up to 28 days to do so. We will issue a refund within a maximum of 7 working days of the goods being received back to us.

If you’re returning an item because it’s unwanted or you need to exchange it, we ask that you pay for the cost of the return carriage.

FREE UK DELIVERY* EASY RETURNS

At The Golden Boot we want to ensure returns are hassle free

We trust you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us up to 28 days after delivery (that is 14 days for you to notify us of your wish to return and 14 days after cancellation to return). Here’s how to do it:

Visit our independent store in Maidstone with both your items and a proof of purchase to return or exchange your purchase.
Alternatively, please return items by post to: Returns, The Golden Boot, 25-33 Gabriels Hill, Maidstone, Kent. ME15 6HX.
We will issue a refund within a maximum of 7 working days of the goods being received.
If you’re returning an item because it’s unwanted or you need to exchange it, we ask that you pay for the cost of the return carriage.
Exchanges for non-sale items will be sent free of charge.
All unwanted items must be returned in a resaleable condition, new and unused and with the original labels attached.
Please do not apply the postage label directly to the product packaging and ensure the item(s) are packaged securely and suitably for transit.
Please include a completed returns form in the parcel.

When you’re arranging to return an item by post, we strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

We reserve the right to impose a £10 charge if the goods are returned without their original box/packaging or in a condition that we deem unacceptable. Please ensure that shoes are tried on a carpeted surface.

Goods that have been personalised with our embossing service are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.



FAULTY GOODS

If you receive an item that’s damaged or faulty, you must let us know within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so may mean that we can’t accept the return. In case of faulty or damaged items, the customer will not be liable for any return carriage charge.

Before you return the faulty item please email photographs to [email protected] including your name, telephone number and order reference.

Faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud or dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet this criteria.

RETURNS THROUGH ROYAL MAIL

Royal mail return £3.50  

Royal Mail
  1. Click here to visit the Royal Mail Returns Portal and follow the instructions given. Please enter your order number. This is found on your invoice enclosed with your purchase.
  2. Print off the label and attach it to your parcel**
  3. Drop the parcel off in a convenient Royal Mail Post Office and collect a receipt of postage
  4. We receive your parcel and process the return. £3.50 will be deducted from the amount we refund you
  5. You may choose to use the Royal Mail Collect Plus Service, follow the on-going instructions on the Royal Mail Portal. This service would be at your cost.

**Size and weight restrictions apply. The maximum parcel size is 61cm x 46cm x 46cm with a maximum weight of 5kg
