All goods are dispatched using the Mainland UK Next Working Day service* – FREE OVER £45. Domestic orders under £45 are charged at £4.99.

DPD will send a text alert and email notification to notify you of your 1-hour time slot on the morning of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee next day delivery on sale items. These may take between 1-3 days to be delivered.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:
We trust you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us up to 28 days after delivery (That is 14 days for you to notify us of your wish to return and 14 days after cancellation to return)
Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging. We reserve the right to impose a £10 charge if goods are returned without their original box/packaging or in a condition we deem unacceptable for re-sale. Please ensure that shoes are tried on a carpeted surface.
Personalised goods are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless faulty)
Shoe care products, ie: sprays, cream polishes, are non-returnable and non-refundable ( unless damaged / faulty )
Returns costs are at the customers expense. We advise that you use Royal Mail’s 2nd class signed-for service or DPD to return your item(s).

If you wish to return an item, please complete the returns form on the back of your order form in its entirety. This will help us process your returns request within 5 days of receipt.
We will email you confirmation once we have processed your refund. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and using the original details provided. Please allow 48 hours for the money to show in your account. In some cases, refunds may take longer to appear.
Alternatively, you can return your unwanted goods to our Maidstone store. Please have a proof of purchase with you when returning items. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

If you require an exchange, please contact us on 01622 752349 so we can reserve the item for you. Please fill in the returns form and once we receive the item back, we will process your exchange. If there is a price difference between the items, we will contact you for further details; if a partial refund is due back to you, we will process this to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange has been processed.
