About Another Trend: Another Trend started in Spain in 2022. The shoes are designed there and made in Portugal. We are stocking the suede boot range for the cooler months: a slouchy long boot, two western-style ankle boots and a pair of Chelseas.

Another Trend fit & sizing tips

  • Go by the EU size. Another Trend works in full European sizes. The UK number on our site is the conversion, so EU 40 is shown as UK 6.5. That is a full size in their system, not a half.
  • Between sizes? Their own advice is to take the smaller one. They also say the fit can change from one last to another, and that some lasts are wider.
  • These boots are not on the trainer chart. The size pictures on anothertrend.com are insole lengths for their trainer lasts (Iconic, Fashion Trainer and the rest). They are not measurements for these suede boots, so do not size the boots from those millimetre tables.
  • Pointed toe. The long boot (56271147) has a pointed western toe and an 80 mm block heel. If you are wide across the toes, the Chelsea, with its elastic sides, is the easier shape.
  • Half sizes. Another Trend does not make halves. If you normally take a half size, they suggest dropping to the next full EU size.

Another Trend Women’s Boots

Everything we have from Another Trend just now is a women’s suede boot, in EU 37 to EU 41 (UK 4 to UK 7 on our site). The long boot (56271147) is a slouchy tan suede style with a ruched shaft, a pointed western toe, a small platform and an 80 mm block heel. The ankle boots are 56441111 in cacao, with a side zip, a cushioned insole and a 35 mm heel, and 56531161 in mogano, leather lined, with a side zip, an elastic gusset and a 60 mm western heel. The Chelseas, 57001111 and 57001161, have elastic sides, a pull tab, a cushioned leather insole and a leather-welted lugged sole.

Looking after the suede

All five styles have a suede upper. Brush them when they are dry, and treat them with a suede protector before the first wet walk. If they do get soaked, stuff them with paper and leave them to dry away from a radiator. Do not tumble dry them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do Another Trend boots run true to size?

Another Trend says their shoes come up true to size, and that you should take the smaller size if you are between two. That advice is written for the range as a whole. These suede boots use a different last from the trainers, and a pointed toe (on the long boot) feels closer across the toes than an elastic-sided Chelsea. Start with your usual EU size.

I usually take a half size. What should I order?

Another Trend only makes full EU sizes, and they suggest going down to the next full size if you normally take a half. On our website, UK 6.5 is simply the conversion of EU 40. It is not a half size in the Another Trend range.

Can I use the size chart on the Another Trend website?

Not for these boots. The charts on their site are insole lengths, in millimetres, for named trainer lasts such as Iconic and Fashion Trainer. The same EU size is a different length on each last, and none of those tables is for the suede boots we stock. The foot length in our table is a standard EU conversion, so treat the EU size as the one to order by.

What is the difference between the boots you stock?

The long boot (56271147) has an 80 mm block heel and a pointed toe. The cacao ankle boot (56441111) has a 35 mm heel and a side zip. The mogano ankle boot (56531161) has a 60 mm heel, a side zip and an elastic gusset, and it is leather lined. The two Chelseas (57001111 and 57001161) have elastic sides and a welted lugged sole, with no heel height given on the product.

How should I care for Another Trend suede?

Brush dry mud off once the suede is dry, and use a suede protector before you wear them in the rain. Keep them away from direct heat, and check the care note that comes in the box.
