Yes, HB-Italia shoes generally fit true to size when you go by foot length in cm. We would still try them on if you can, as a few moccasin styles come up on the narrower side.
It depends on the style. Many HB moccasins are cut for a slimmer foot, whilst sandals and some heels are a standard C width. If you have a wider foot, ask us about a specific style before ordering.
A little. The leather uppers and linings soften after a few wears, particularly on hand-stitched moccasins. They should feel snug but not painful on first try; if they pinch, try a half size up.
HB offer plenty of EU half sizes, which helps if you often sit between UK sizes. If you are between sizes, we would usually take the larger half size rather than squeeze into the smaller.
Wipe leather with a damp cloth and use a good cream polish; for suede, brush gently and use a suede protector spray. Keep them away from direct heat when drying, and store with shoe trees if you have them.
