About Peter Kaiser: Founded in Pirmasens in 1838, Peter Kaiser is one of Europe’s longest-standing women’s shoe names. Today it sits within the Caprice group, but the focus is much the same: smart occasion footwear in fine calf leather and suede, from courts and mid-heels through to loafers, boots and sandals.
This is Peter Kaiser’s own women’s chart. It leads with their PK size, then EU, US, the length inside the shoe and your foot length, and they note that sizes can vary slightly from one model to another. Which sizes we can offer comes and goes with stock.

We find most Peter Kaiser styles true to size when you match your foot length in cm to the EU size on Peter Kaiser’s own size chart. The brand itself notes that fit can vary slightly between models, so pointed courts and higher heels are worth trying if you are between sizes.
On the whole, we find them more generous in width and depth than many Italian and Spanish dress brands, with an F or F 1/2 fit on much of the range. Pointed heeled styles can still feel closer through the toe, so wider feet may want half a size up on those.
Yes. Peter Kaiser is sized in EU half sizes. Their size chart lists those against foot length in cm, so match your measurement there if you usually take a half size.
For a dress shoe brand, yes. Many of the heeled styles we stock have a cushioned footbed and a stable mid-height heel that is easier to wear through a long day or evening than a very slim stiletto.
We reach for Peter Kaiser for weddings, race days, evenings out and smarter office wear. They are occasion shoes first, though the lower heels and loafers work well for everyday smart dressing too.
Wipe smooth leather with a soft cloth after wear, use a good cream polish to feed the leather, and keep suede brushed and protected with a spray. Store them with shoe trees and let them dry naturally if they get damp.
