About this guide: This size and fit guide explains how teenage girls’ school shoes should fit, how to read the size chart, and what to expect when you visit us in store. Teenage girls sit between the Children’s and Ladies’ ranges, and some school shoes go up to a size 9, so we fit older girls from whichever department suits their feet. It is part of our wider Back to School Fit Guide.
Use foot length in centimetres alongside the UK and EU size as a starting point. These are typical conversions across our ranges; we always confirm the exact fit in store.
Younger girls are covered in our Girls’ School Shoes Size & Fit Guide, and where schools allow trainers see our School Trainers & PE Shoes Size & Fit Guide.
A few of the teenage girls’ school shoes we fit most often, from junior into ladies’ sizes.
Older girls tend to prefer neat laced, buckle or slip-on styles, and we carry all three so the look your daughter wants comes with a fit that stays secure all day. For older students we can also fit smart styles from the Ladies’ department, and you can browse related ranges for older girls’ and sixth form.
