We find most Skechers run true to size in UK, though it does vary by style. Memory foam models can feel a touch roomy, while Slip-ins are cut closer at the heel by design. Measuring your foot in cm and matching it to our chart is the safest approach.
Yes. Air-Cooled Memory Foam insoles feel quite firm when new and then mould to your foot after a few days of wear. That is normal, and it is why some people find their usual size feels slightly loose once the foam has packed down.
Skechers Slip-ins are designed to be hands-free, so the heel spring needs a snug fit to hold your foot in place. They can feel tighter than a standard trainer at first, but they do bed in. We would not size up unless you are genuinely between sizes.
