A delivery pre-advice text or e mail is sent to you the day the item is dispatched. You will also receive a second notification, on the day of delivery. The text or e-mail message allows you to re-organise delivery to another day, select a safe place for your parcel to be left if this is preferred or to select a nearby Pick Up Point. Instructions can be given at our checkout for packages to be left in a specified safe place or with a neighbour if you are likely to be out when delivery is made.

Lost parcels

It is very rare for parcels to go missing, but please take note of the following terms:
We will not be able to enter a claim for lost products with Royal Mail until:
1. 15 working days have passed (for UK orders)
2. 20 working days have passed (for EU orders)
3. 25 working days have passed (for orders outside the EU)

Proof of delivery which can include a Signature, GPS coordinates or photograph

Returns
We trust that you will be delighted with your purchase, but there will be times when you need to return items to us, you have up to 28 days to do so. We will issue a refund within a maximum of 7 working days of the goods being received back to us.

Cleaning

Remove surface dirt and dust using a damp cloth. Leave to dry naturally. To recolour, nourish your shoes apply matching colour shoe cream with a soft cloth followed by a buff and shine with a horsehair brush

Remember to spray your leather products with a protector spray to protect against surface level stains. Rejuvinate leather using leather schoe creams once a month, or more regularly depending on wear.

Our top tip for looking after patent shoes is using a damp cloth to get rid of dirt and dust.

Care and Maintenance

Use Patent Gloss regularly to maintain the glossy shine and new appeance whilst keeping your patent uppers soft and supple. Patent Restorer easily repairs scuffs and scrapes on black patent shoes. Please be advised that you should NOT spray patent finish shoes with protector spray as this will dull the shiny upper.

Storage

Store away from heat, damp and direct sunlight. Where possible alternate your shoes to let your favourite pair breathe a little between wears.

Cleaning

Sometimes coated and waxed leathers will appear to have little marks but that’s no need to worry! Remove surface dirt and dust using a damp cloth and leave to dry naturally.

Care and Maintenance

Remember to spray your leather products with a protector spray to protect against surface level stains. Top up waxy and oily finishes with a generous spray of Waxed and Oiled Spray to protect, nourish and condition waxy, oiled and natural leather finishes including waxy smooth and waxy nubuck.

Cleaning

Supple suedes are nubucks make beautiful footwear but do need some tender loving care. Clean your suede and nubuck shoes by removing surface dirt with a suede brush and Suede Block on any dirty marks. Use Suede and Nubuck cleaner to clean and restore softness of suede and nubuck.

Remember to spray your suede and nubuck leather products with a protector spray to protect against surface level stains. Rejuvinate with Suede and Nubuck cleaner

Cleaning

Rubber uppers are super easy to care for all you need to do is wipe clean and leave to dry naturally. If they need a little more than a damp cloth., we recommend only using cold, soapy water to clean, no strong detergents.

Care and Maintenance

Make regular use of Rubber Buffer to easily restore a box fresh finish and shine to your boots. Lots of our products use the highest quality natural rubber and in some conditions you may notice a white powdery "bloom" on your rubber , this won't affect the performance and it's eaily removed with Rubber Buffer or a Care Sponge (and a bit of elbow grease!)

Storage

Make sure your rubber shoes are as dry and clean as possible before storing them.Don't try to speed up the drying process by using heat- Keep your boots in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place and preferable not in direct sunlight.
