Orders can be picked up from our shop at 25-33 Gabriel's Hill, Maidstone during business hours. An email will be sent to you advising when your parcel is ready for collection.

Delivery Terms

Please allow up to 1-3 days for delivery (UK). We use a courier, next working day delivery service, for all product unless you have selected the Royal Mail option at the checkout on the Website. We will endeavour, to dispatch products immediately on confirmation that your order is accepted and issue of your Order Reference Number. If for some reason we have a problem with your order we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as practicable to let you know. If delay in dispatch is likely to exceed 7 days you may, provided the product has not been dispatched, cancel your order and we will refund all sums paid by you.

A delivery pre-advice text or e mail is sent to you the day the item is dispatched. You will also receive a second notification, on the day of delivery. The text or e-mail message allows you to re-organise delivery to another day, select a safe place for your parcel to be left if this is preferred or to select a nearby Pick Up Point. Instructions can be given at our checkout for packages to be left in a specified safe place or with a neighbour if you are likely to be out when delivery is made.

Deliveries Out of the UK

Deliveries out of the UK may be subject to local sales taxes, custom charges and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the parcel will be released for delivery. You may be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, you may wish to contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.

Lost parcels

Royal Mail

It is very rare for parcels to go missing, but please take note of the following terms:
We will not be able to enter a claim for lost products with Royal Mail until:
1. 15 working days have passed (for UK orders)
2. 20 working days have passed (for EU orders)
3. 25 working days have passed (for orders outside the EU)

Courier Service

Proof of delivery which can include a Signature, GPS coordinates or photograph

will be provided to the customer. This should be sufficient to prove the delivery was successful and invalidate a warranty claim. If the courier company is unable to provide this evidence then a claim will be considered.

Geox School Shoes Care Guide

There are many factors that can contribute to the wear and tear of school shoes. Regular walks to school, games in the playground and arts and crafts lessons can all cause shoes to get dirty. The following tips are designed to help you care for Geox school shoes and get the best use out of them.

  • Encourage your child to remove their shoes as soon as they get home from school, so that the shoes can be aired and refreshed before the next day.
  • Store the school shoes in a dry place away from moisture and water. If the shoes are wet, stuffing them with newspaper overnight will help to draw out excess moisture.
  • Use a damp cloth to remove dirt from leather shoes.
  • To polish leather shoes, use a small amount of polish on a clean, dry, soft sponge or cloth and work it lightly into the surface of the shoes until they look shiny.
  • Whereas leather school shoes must be cleaned by hand, Geox school trainers or plimsolls can be cleaned using a washing machine. You must first allow muddy trainers to dry and gently brush off any dried mud. Then wrap them in a towel inside a mesh laundry bag, and put this in the machine on the lowest possible spin to ensure that the trainers do not wear out from the intensity of the spin. Once washed, put the trainers out to air dry. Tumble dryers must not be used as this can weaken the glue in the trainers or cause them to shrink.

As well as cleaning your child’s school shoes regularly, remember to label them if there is a chance that they may get mixed up with their classmates. Personalised shoe labels can be attached discreetely to different parts of the Geox school shoe, such as under the tongue, on the insole or on the inner heel.

Geox Shoes Care Guide

Caring for Geox shoes involves several steps depending on the type of material the shoe is made from. For smooth leather shoes, remove the dirt with a soft cloth or brush, then use a foaming cleaning product for stubborn dirt. A water-proofing spray and shoe polish can help protect and rehydrate the leather. Nubuck and suede shoes should be dry-cleaned and brushed to restore the velvet effect, and a water-proofing spray for suede is recommended.

For greased or waxed leather, use a foaming cleaning product for cleaning, and a wax-based product to maintain the glossy satin effect. Patent leather should be cleaned with a soft cloth and a gentle foam product to preserve its elasticity. Fabric shoes should be brushed, cleaned with a foam-based cleaning product, and treated with a water-proofing product. Synthetic leather should be cleaned with a light foam cleaning product.

In all cases, consider removing the insole before washing, if possible, and use warm soapy water (max. 40°C) for hand washing. Always refer to the brand's specific care instructions for safe and complete cleaning.
